New York City Council Member Annabel Palma, Chair General Welfare, and Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, advocates and families urged the Administration for Children's Services to stop a plan that will reduce services to prevent child abuse and neglect by 25% and jeopardize the safety of over 3,000 distressed families.
